Before joining Riva Uganda, Moses spent over fifteen years helping governments, civil society organisations and development partners strengthen how they measure results, learn from evidence and improve development programmes. Working across Uganda's water and sanitation, governance, education, health and livelihoods sectors, he built a reputation for translating complex data into practical decisions that improve people's lives.

Before Jane Nabunnya Mulumba joined Riva, she spent a decade helping civil society organisations across Uganda find their voice – learning how to document evidence, engage local government and hold public institutions to account. They transform because the right people are involved and heard.
